friendship <3

Monday, October 27, 2008 @ 4:31 PM

It is defind as a stong bond of people who shows respect and affection to each other. Was that really the definition of friendship? It's more of a statement defining a relationship. But, it still is a relationship...to a friend, you know. A real friendship isn't measured by the similarities that you have, but the differences that did not let you part ways. A friendship should pass throught a lot of hardships and problems in order to sort out those who are real and those who are fake. True friends stick with your side at your best and at your worst. I have a friend once when I was in nursery. We were friends then from the very start..but when she found new friends that are more chique and classy than me, I was left me behind. Maybe, she got sick with my company. When you get in trouble, true friends will join you and make you feel comfortable. This means that, when you did something wrong, they'll stay at your side even though the authorities are already scolding her. She'll join you in your pain. They'll accept you for who you are and not for who you're not. True friends are not too choosy and just befriends those who just stand out..but, they choose who their hearts are close to. They're not jerks like those silly guys out there. True friends do not look at your outer appearance but your inner beauty. They treasure you more than anything else. When she'll be asked to choose between you and her boyfriend, she'll choose YOU! Mind you. "Friends Are Foerever. Boys are Whatever." They'll insist of fighting back for you from your foes. They share you what they have (that includes homeworks..hehe) from the bottom of their heart. Of course, they'll not selfish. One thing that totally hit me to the core is a friend who would listen carefully to what a boring girl like me would blab around and still enjoys my company. I salute you guys! I don't know where will I find other people that have the same characteristics as you..Why will I even search for others, if I already have you. My dear friends, you're very rare to find and you should be proud of it because all of you are one unique gals. Love you all lots.

exam week is done

Saturday, October 25, 2008 @ 1:14 PM

This is so good. Our exams just concluded on friday or should I say yesterday? It only means one thing-sem break is here baby! It's actually a week and two days break from the old boring school, hectic schedule and lots of homeworks. I'm not even looking forward going back to that place. I'll be doomed again and I don't want to see the results of our tests. I don't know if those words and letters that I wrote on my test sheets even have a sense. It's not those simple multiple choice questions. It's a lot harder than what I thought and you might even think of! This grading period has been the most hardest time of my life. Projects there, homeworks here, unending seatworks. I'm not contended with a 0ne week break. This is so terrible. I remember what I a Pisay student said: Sophomore year is the most pressured year level. Sometimes, I even think that teachers are so unfair to give us test questions that we didn't tackled. What's that for? For us to be hard up in answering those questions? UGH! I'll end this conversation in here.

relationship commotion

Saturday, October 18, 2008 @ 8:30 PM

I know what you're thinking! haha! Please, I'm not into a relationship right now and I will never be until I reach my 18th year of existence here in this world. I can assure you that thing. I promise. But, I must say that even if I'll be 18 years old, nobody will ever dare court me. Who would even go out with such an ugly face. haha! So mom, you'll never have a headache on thinking boyfriend-girlfriend stuffs; because I'm not even interested with it. I was "inspired" to write something about this because, we have a couple in class! Everyone murmured about the news. Of course, it was a big news for me the first time I've heard about them although I remained silent and kept my mouth shut. I guess almost the whole class already know about their relationship and only those who have small ears doesn't know a single piece of it. I just can't puzzle out how the two did become one. First of all, I never heard that both of them liked each other; and the second is, the boy has a crush on the girl's bestfriend before. Now, instead of I am puzzling out my curiosity, I'm the one who's being puzzled. My mind is freaking out.

These teen-relationships are not new to me at all. We also had a couple in class when I was still a freshman and also, when I was in grade six. GRADE SIX! Who would have thought that Filipinos as young as 12 or 11 would enter a new phase in their lives? We're not living in a liberated nation, you know.

a simple poetry

Sunday, October 12, 2008 @ 5:48 PM

I wrote a one-stanza poem in our Filipino class following the format of Balagtas' work. And now, I want to write even more. Now, instead of writing a Filipino poem, I wrote an English one. It's all about LOVE. I would now agree what my sister is talking about in her blog.."With a touch of love, everyone becomes a poet." If you're interested, read it.

You're the reason why I still believe in love
For you are the only person that blows my mind
I felt high when you said my name for the first time
Will there ever be a time for you to be mine?

I know that it is impossible to believe,
But my dear, you're the only one that I need
Why am I desperately in love with you?
If you're like a star whom I can't even reach.

If only you can count how much time I've wasted
Just for you to see how special you are to me
You don't know how many liters of tears I cried
When you left me like a trash in the wilderness
